Pricing

Uncle is a 3-floor, four-bedroom bungalow that can accommodate up to 9 people.

The 2011-12 pricing is as follows:

• ¥32,000 /night/group for up to 9 people for first 7 nights.

• ¥25,000/night after 7 nights.

• Minimum stay of 5 nights.

Summer: By special arrangement, stays of one week or more only.

Prices exclude ski passes and bus transfers, but include pick up and return at the bus station in Hirafu, or train station in Kutchan or Niseko.

Note: Uncle is a Japanese-style bungalow. Sleeping is on futon beds and sitting is on cushions.
